Back in 1979 a young man in college was told his design could never work and that no one would ever buy the home.  Less than a year later that young man had built, sold, and was starting on another.  Since then the company has changed names from Sunshine Design to 1^st Manhattan Builders to Strength Line.

Now the company is in the able hands of its originators son, Timothy Kundiger.  A graduate of Kansas State University, Timothy has work in the construction field since the age of sixteen and has played a key role keeping the company up-to-date with the latest technology.
